Withdraw from contract

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the provider identified in your order confirmation. For an online-account contract this is Niklas Müller, Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Str. 23, 34134 Kassel, Germany, email: contact@tradingstreak.com, telephone: +491702360352. You may use a clear statement sent by post or email or the electronic withdrawal function. The model form is optional.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Electronic withdrawal function

Select the clearly placed “Withdraw from contract” function on the website or in the app. Enter your name, a contract identifier, and the email address to which the receipt confirmation should be sent. Review the statement and select “Confirm withdrawal”.

Immediately after submission, the service displays a reference and sends a receipt confirmation on a durable medium. The confirmation records the content of the withdrawal statement and its date and time. The function is an additional route; withdrawal by another clear statement remains possible.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, the provider will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your statement.

Reimbursement will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fee will be charged.

Early start of digital services and compensation

The paid online plan and creator subscription are continuing digital services. If you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, the service may start immediately. Your withdrawal right does not expire merely because performance starts.

If you then withdraw, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services supplied up to the time you inform the provider of withdrawal, compared with the full contractual scope, but only if you made the express request and were properly informed. For a monthly creator subscription, the calculation is time-based unless the supplied value requires a more appropriate method. No compensation is charged for the free online-account phase or for any period before paid billing starts.

For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires only upon complete performance and only if performance began after your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right expires upon complete performance. A continuing subscription is not completely performed merely when access begins.

The separate rule for paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium does not apply merely because a service is delivered online. If TradingStreak later offers such a one-off digital-content product, the right can expire on commencement only after the separate consent, acknowledgement, and contract confirmation required by § 356(5) BGB.

No exclusion for personalization

TradingStreak currently sells no physical goods made to consumer specifications. Personalized journal displays or creator access do not by themselves create the statutory exclusion for custom-made goods under § 312g(2)(1) BGB.
